Shop Garages

orkshop space adds great value to a garage. The larger garages with shops require a bracing wall for prescriptive code compliance. The framed wall is ideal for defining or separating a shop area from garage area. We have  many designs of this type with the shop to the side. Some of  these are compact while many are oversized to accommodate SUVs and boats. Garages with shop space to the rear minimize the facade width for better scale on a narrow lot. Many of the garage plans are all ground level design and many have loft, second story or attic space for additional storage.
