Building Garages In Canada

We have shipped many garage plans to Canadian customers. Although our plansets are not drawn specifically to the Canadian building codes they are apparently accepted in many areas of Canada. In case they are not, we honor our guarantee and return policy.

ONTARIO:
Some parts of the province have added restrictions to "registered only" designers and architects. Behm Design is in the US and has no registrations established in Canada. It would be adviseable to verify local requirements with your building department before ordering plans. Customers have said that there are size limits, below which the registration is not necessary.
